« I would like to complain. We have been a yelloh customer for years and have never had such a bad stay. For a whole week we had to deal with a loud party every night in the accommodation next door. Reception and security did nothing at all telling us that that had tried to ask them to stop. We didnt sleep in a week because the party was every night from 8pm through to 6am. This is disgusting. We were offered no help, no moving location, we just had to suffer! »

« Hi, We stayed in a 4 bedroom mobile home, cabin 54, there we 7 of us. We were part of a group of friends holidaying together. Our mobile home on arrival was dirty, the floors under the beds were full of dust and sticky and the kitchen blinds were filthy. A door handle was falling off in one of the bathrooms. We had to ask to get this repaired. We had no sun loungers, BBQ, kettle, or espresso machine. Our outside seating area was very cramped and enclosed. Our neighbors were so close to us that we had zero privacy unless we kept our blinds and curtains closed. We have stayed on many campsites across Europe over the years but never have we experienced cabins being this close together and windows looking directly into each other's space. We had very little sun throughout the day on, our decking area. It was hard to dry clothes on the clothes horse due to this and we only had 1 clothes horse for 7 people. We paid €3630 for this for 10 days. Our friend's 3 bedroom cabins were far superior and for far less money, just under €3000. I appreciate we had an extra bedroom but their rooms were also far more spacious with all the additional extras we did not have. On the campsite, the washing machines smelled and did not seem to clean the clothes. The shop on site had a very poor selection with very limited opening hours and, made it very difficult to shop for dinner. There were no fresh vegetables or fruit and we had to pre-order all our bread/pastries etc. I do appreciate it is high season and a busy time of year. This campsite is supposed to be a 5 Star campsite and in our experience, it most certainly is not this, I feel the price of the holiday certainly does not match a 5 Star experience, especially compared to our friend's cabins. I was very disappointed in the overall quality, shady location, cramped decking area, and cleanliness of our cabin and some of the general services on the campsite, especially for the price we paid. « Expensive for what you received. I didn't expect luxury accomodation but there were some issues. Bed frame at an angle leading to a really uncomfortable sleep and needing to just sleep on mattress on the floor. TV not working. Having to pay for Wifi after paying around 2000 euros for stay. Not being given towels without having to pay for them. »

« Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, great atmosphere and staff. Wonderful location. Next time we'll rent one of the Luxe cabins! Only fly in the ointment was the WiFi was a bit hit or miss in the cabin. »
