« The setting with the chateau and its grounds are lovely, as is the proximity to the small town. The drinks are very reasonably priced and the entertainment on offer is good. However, the swimming pool at peak times was too busy and understaffed and the pool wasn’t that clean. The snack bar during the day was completely unusable because of the people coming from the Grand Defi which meant that eating out on site wasn’t possible without an hour queue which just doesn’t work with kids. Maybe in off season this is less of an issue but a big challenge in August. »

« I would like to complain. We have been a yelloh customer for years and have never had such a bad stay. For a whole week we had to deal with a loud party every night in the accommodation next door. Reception and security did nothing at all telling us that that had tried to ask them to stop. We didnt sleep in a week because the party was every night from 8pm through to 6am. This is disgusting. We were offered no help, no moving location, we just had to suffer! »

« Lovely site with fantastic staff, facilities where good perhaps a completely separate snack bar from the main restaurant area would have benefited the site as in other Yelloh sites. »
